Alexis Pelletier Photography

By booking a session with Alexis Pelletier Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, emergency, or severe weather, subject to availability. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at Photographer’s discretion.

Session Timing

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce session time to avoid impacting other scheduled sessions.

Editing & Delivery

All final images are professionally edited in Photographer’s signature style. RAW/unedited images are not provided.

Gallery delivery timelines are typically provided at booking and may vary during busy seasons.

Artistic Style

By booking, Client acknowledges familiarity with Photographer’s portfolio and artistic style. Final images are delivered at Photographer’s creative discretion.

Image Usage & Copyright

Alexis Pelletier Photography retains copyright to all images.

Clients receive a personal-use license for downloading, printing, and sharing images online. Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, Client grants permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

Liability

Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, location restrictions, equipment failure, or emergencies. Liability is limited to the amount paid by Client.
